Emerging Leaders Institute

Nominations are open for the 2024 Emerging Leaders Institute cohort.

The Enrollment Management Emerging Leaders Institute is a one-year program that brings together emerging leaders who currently serve in a leadership role or have a goal of serving in a leadership position within Enrollment Management. Participants will engage in a variety of activities over the course of the calendar year, beginning in January and ending in December 2024.

Now in its second year of implementation, this cohort-based program is designed to provide mentoring and support to aspiring enrollment management leaders. Key components of this program will be professional development workshops with key leaders at the University of Tennessee and in the enrollment management profession, a professional fellowship with an EM area outside of the participant’s primary department, and ongoing mentoring and coaching. Travel and lodging expenses will be covered for regional staff who are selected to participate. This is an application-based program.
