The Enrollment Management Diversity and Inclusion Committee is charged with finding ways to provide internal support for cultivating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and drive and advance education/awareness of diversity and inclusive practices at all levels of Enrollment Management.
Based on the Enrollment Management Professional Development and Diversity and Inclusion Survey that was administered to staff within the Division in May 2019, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is working on the following initiatives:
- Visualizing – Visualize what inclusion looks like within Enrollment Management
- Training- Diversity and Inclusion training opportunities throughout the Division utilizing campus resources
- Celebrating- Celebrate diversity throughout the year.
