Healthy Lifestyle Program
Be Well is hosting a special Healthy Lifestyles Program for Enrollment Management staff! This is an opportunity to have lunch with colleagues across Enrollment Management while learning about physical activity, healthy eating, managing stress, and how to stay motivated to take control of your lifestyle changes.
The Healthy Lifestyle Program is an evidence based, 6-week program that focuses on creating healthier lifestyles through physical activity and proper nutrition. Sessions occur once a week and each session lasts for approximately 45 minutes.
Throughout the program, participants will:
- Learn the latest physical activity and nutrition recommendations
- Utilize a Be Well Fitbit to track activity during the program
- Set individual health and wellness goals
- Receive Be Well tools to help you on your wellness journey
