Director of Online Enrollment
Andre Hill has served as Enrollment Management’s inaugural Director of Online Enrollment since January 2025. In this role, Andre leads transformational changes related to the admission and enrollment functions for undergraduate students in online academic programs and courses offered under the umbrella of Digital Learning at the University of Tennessee.
Andre has nearly 25 years of higher education experience with an emphasis on admissions, enrollment, and recruitment. He spent more than 20 years with the University of North Carolina system in leadership roles serving first-year students, transfer students, and adult learners. Prior to joining us on Rocky Top, he served as the Director of Transfer Services at Elizabeth City State University, where he remained highly focused on transfer and adult students and oversaw the transfer recruitment team, partnerships with community colleges and academic units, transfer admissions and transfer credit articulation.
Andre earned a master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies and a bachelor’s in History, both from UNC Greensboro. As a leader in higher education, he is passionate about supporting team growth and success through professional development, community engagement, cross-unit collaboration, and student-focused service.

I understand that every student that dreams of college may not understand how to navigate the process and I have built my reputation on helping students connect their desire for higher ed with a plan.”
