Director of One Stop Student Services
Laura is the Director of One Stop Student Services. In this role, she leads the university’s frontlines for enrollment services. One Stop streamlines the most common enrollment services with a goal to make the student experience with enrollment, academic records, financial aid, and payments as smooth, efficient, and friendly as possible. She also leads and supervises the Enrollment Outreach Team, which provides proactive support to students throughout the enrollment lifecycle for a variety of needs and opportunities.
Laura’s professional background includes over fifteen years of work in higher education related to student life, admissions, and customer service. She holds a BS in Business Finance and Marketing, an MBA in Business Finance, and an MEd in Higher Education, with a focus on character development. She is pursuing her PhD in Higher Education Administration, where she is conducting research in out of state student enrollment. She’s been certified by the Disney Institute in the Approach to Leadership Excellence. She is also on the executive board for CIVSA, a national association of visitor services for colleges, where she serves as the Chair of the Council of Past Presidents.
