“What inspires me about our work is being able to see the difference I can make every day. Every action, however small they may seem, can have such a compounded effect on our students. Being on the front lines with our students gives me all the motivation I need – being able to work alongside them and help them to achieve their dreams. It’s the best job in the world to see the future unfold right in front of us.”
