If you are ever doing a program and thinking about materials, be sure to check with Kim - she is so knowledgeable and creative that usually she will think of a thing or two that you overlooked. Today I want to give a shout-out to Laura! Many times, our supervisors are unsung heroes since they are expected to work overtime and go the extra mile. She has worked so hard to get our new Dynamic Forms process up and running to help Financial Aid be the pioneers for this process at UTK. She has done so much to create new solutions to help distribute CARES funding to students and to keep her team going! Laura has done great things for Financial Aid and Enrollment Management, so I want to say thank you for everything that you've done to make UTK a brighter place and to help make the student experience a better one!

In the couple of projects I've had the privileged of working with Mary on, she's taught me with ingenuity and work you can achieve something that's so much better than the status quo. There are too many positive things to say about Clay! He is one of the strongest leaders I have ever met. He is incredibly genuine and kind to everyone he encounters. In the short time I have known him, I can honestly say he is the type of person I strive to be like. From the moment I met Clay I knew he was going to be someone I looked up to and admired.
