Be Well will facilitate an engaging dialogue with employees to identify areas of opportunity and provide wellness recommendations that are specific to the initiating department. This initiative is designed to help prepare departments to create a tailored approach to wellness that meets the needs of employees.

Chair Yoga

Join our very own Brittney Cannon, trained yoga instructor, as she facilitates a chair-based Yoga session. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

Join Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Michael Smith-Porter for a One-on-One Wellness Coaching Session. You will have the opportunity to take the Gallup Wellbeing Assessment and co-created Wellbeing Action Plan which uses an individual’s unique talents to accomplish a wellness goal.
