About Enrollment Management

The Enrollment Management team leads with the Volunteer spirit of service in all that we do.

Vision and Mission

Guided by UT’s flagship land-grant mission and student-first strategic priorities, the Division of Enrollment Management strives to take undergraduate admissions, student service, financial wellness, and academic access to the next level. Since 2015, our teams have proudly contributed to new institutional records for growth, retention, and outcomes, supporting scholars from Tennessee and beyond.

Statement of Aspirations

We are dedicated to expanding access to educational opportunities, striving to remove barriers, and making academic pursuits more affordable. Consistent with the University’s commitment to high academic standards, student achievement, and the preparation of responsible citizens, we believe that engaging with individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives fosters a vibrant learning environment that enhances critical thinking and intellectual growth. Our collective strengths make us stronger, and we are committed to promoting an atmosphere where all members of the University community feel welcome, can thrive, and achieve success.

I am inspired by the transformative power of higher education for our students and communities. Here at UT, we are growing our student body and academic programs to meet the challenges of today’s world… I can’t imagine any better place to be right now than on Rocky Top!

A Note from the Senior Vice Provost

Hello from Rocky Top!

As the Senior Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, I have the incredible opportunity to contribute to UTโ€™s access mission by leading student-first initiatives that grow enrollment, support student success, and define the Volunteer experience. Behind the metrics we track are Volunteers whose lives will be changed: by the traditions they embrace, by the community they find, by the opportunities they seize, and by the education they receive at this great university.

I believe the college experience is transformational, and I have had the privilege of seeing firsthand how powerful it is to be a Volunteer for Life. The scholars we serve make our campus community vibrant and unforgettable, and it is rewarding to be a small part of their journey. There is no place like Rocky Top, and I hope you will visit us soon.

In the Volunteer Spirit,

Kari Alldredge
Senior Vice Provost for Enrollment Management
